Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free assisted stretch system that assesses and improves flexibility in the body. FST can help you to perform better, prevent injury, and reduce pain. FST is administered by a Registered Massage Therapist and therefore would be covered by insurance benefit plans under Registered Massage Therapy.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy focuses on improving your physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, physiotherapy has you covered with sessions being customized to your individual needs and goals. The sessions may include but are not limited to manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.

Chiropractic

Doctors of Chiropractic are highly skilled hands-on clinicians that focus on the spine, but also treat injuries of the nervous and muscular systems. After a thorough physical assessment, treatment will focus on restoration of function through education, hands care, and prescribed home care.

Registered Acupuncture

One of the oldest practicing forms of medicine, treatments aim to regulate the flow of qi throughout the body and restore health to the mind and body, thus balancing the yin and yang. This may include a combination of herbal medicine and treatment modalities, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and tui na.

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic Doctors aim to address the root cause of disease. The initial assessment includes detailed health questions related to post and present medical history. A plan encompassing all areas of wellness is devised (psychological, lifestyle, diet, blood work, physical exams etc.) with the unique patient needs in mind.
